Kate’s journey began in Mission Viejo, California, where her dad, an arts and antiques dealer, infused in her a deep love for art. The turning point came with his passing from HIV/Aids in ’91, steering Kate towards a life dedicated to creating and cherishing art. In 2003, she set her sights on New York, diving into art studies at the Art Students League of New York. Recognition followed, with The League honoring her with awards, including a standout trip to Paris for art immersion. Kate earned her BFA from Brooklyn College in 2016, collecting scholarships and accolades along the way. Today, you’ll find her showcasing her paintings in and around New York City, a testament to her unwavering commitment to the world of art.
